Looking at Rewards, my $40 certificate has no exiration date listed...

It just says it expires at midnight CST, with no date. It was issued on 7/5 so it shouldnt' be expiring for more than 30 days(even if it was 30 days, it's not even there yet).

Are there issues with reporting the exiration date on your site?

Re: Looking at Rewards, my $40 certificate has no exiration date listed...

Hi there, Chuck_IV,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the expiration date of your My Best Buy reward certificate! Generally speaking, certificates expire 60 days after being issued unless otherwise noted under our My Best Buy Terms. It is peculiar you're not seeing a date listed, but merely that it expires at midnight CT. This would have me seeking assistance as well, as I would hate to miss out on redeeming it, but would need to know what kind of time frame I'm working with.

Based on the issue date of July 5, I would anticipate you have through Sept. 5, but would require further information to review your account to be sure. I would also like to dig further into why an expiration date may not be showing on your end. Please send a private message my way with your name, phone number, and email address, and I'll be happy to further review this with you.
