Account Completely Blank

For some reason my purchase history, future orders, and rewards are not showing on my account. I don't know what has happened since I have an email saying I have a $25 certificate from 2 days ago.

I have lost all my previous purchases and products with GSP.

Logging in into my account the other day and I saw some new change bestbuy made and after that new change I noticed that my bestbuy rewards status was reset to 0 along with all my purchases wiped + the products I had with GSP are all gone too? How can I get this fixed.

Best Buy Rewards, Purchase History Vanished, Member ID Changed

I have lost my elite status, rewards and purchase history. Very angry right now I hope this can be restored to my original number. I do not believe I ever had multiple accounts so nothing should have merged or been canceled.

Please take a moment to read my response on the first page of this thread.  We'll need to process a merge, and any active points, certificates, tier status, total spend, and history should transfer over following the merge. Membership status and id number changed, points lost

Looking to find answers as to why my account number was changed, my membership status changed, my points lost, and purchase history cleared. I need this changed back, and a reason as to why it was changed.
