I know that trying to use your account after a name change is a little more complicated than anyone prefers and I would be glad to provide some details on how you can get this updated.
Generally, you can update most of your information by visiting BestBuy.com and navigating to your "Account Settings". With that said, we take name updates very seriously. Instances of misspellings, swapped first and middle names, and legal name changes will be carefully reviewed to see if an update is possible. We are unable to transfer an account to totally different person, including a spouse or family member.
