I got a laptop from best buy that i order online like a month or so ago and i never got points from that purchase.

Do you have a My Best Buy Rewards account?
Have you received the Laptop yet.
You will not receive points until after the return periods ends typically.

Yes i do have a my best buy account and i am not sure how long the return period is but yes i do have the laptop. The area where you can see how much money you have spent in the year also never went up with buying the laptop almost like i never bought the laptop or something but it does still show up on my history of iteams i have bought thing.

There could be a couple of explanations though, from using a My Best Buy Credit Card with a financing offer to paying with a Best Buy gift card. It is also possible that if you didn't use a My Best Buy Credit Card while purchasing a MacBook, points would not be awarded as member offers are instead extended.
