Keep getting offer emails that when got to I activate I receive the "It looks like you're not eligible for this offer" message. Never had this issue till recently. Not sure what would have changed.
This is beyond frustrating. I was told that me account issues were fixed months ago, yet I still can never activate these offers. Please fix this Best Buy.

My account got hacked about 6 months ago and Best Buy support moved all of my data to a new account. The best buy credit card emails still get sent to my old email despite being told that this was resolved. Can someone please get this fixed for me.
