Issue with activating a certificate.

I received an email a few days ago that said I have a $10 cerificate available, but expires today 12/6. I've been trying to activate it for the last 2hrs, but it keeps taking me to a screen that says:


We're Sorry
Your reward details are not available right now. Please try again later.
Am I screwed since it expires tonight?

I'd say most people are looking to save a few dollars when they can during the holiday season, and a free bonus certificate, if even only $10, could certainly help contribute to keeping money in your pocket. The bonus certificates we've been sending to random members during November and December need to be activated via the email received before they can be redeemed, and the main component to errors when trying to activate those bonuses has been multiple rewards accounts, which can easily be solved with a merge.
