Hi,
I am trying to post in the POINTS, POLICIES, CERTIFICATES forum but my post keeps getting flagged as SPAM.
I've "notified moderator" which never receives a reply.
My post is not SPAM - it's my detailing an issue I had and was sharing for feedback.
Please advise.

Hi @Kristy-BBY - I'm not sure why you merged this post into the previous post. They are completely and totally unrelated topics.
I am trying to make a new post and every time I post it, it says it's being reviewed and then instantly flagged as SPAM. I choose to alert moderator and say it's not spam, yet it is not approved.
I'm not sure what sending a PM is going to help I want to post my post to the forum.

Hi @Kristy-BBY ,
The issue is not my account - I understand that. The issue is your forum software has some sort of filtering that is flagging the new post a SPAM and no one actually reviews or responds to "alert the moderator" requests.
Under my notifications page, it states:
Marked as spam. If you believe this is an error, submit an abuse report.
When I click that link and fill out the form, no one replies and the post stays marked as SPAM.

I understand Wkkunkle. I was able to find the post you are referring too. Our spam filters can tag posts as spam for several reasons. In this case, it looks like the message could have been spammed due to the length of the message. I was able to read the message, and see that original issues with your points has been resolved. So basically you are hiding the post and don't want other customers to see what happened.
Also zero addressing the many Best Buy negatives that I listed.
Not surprised whatsoever. This company is truly sad anymore.
