Issue with Account/Certificate

Hello, I received an email about receiving a 10$ certificate. When I attempted to activate it, it gave me an error "Your reward details are not available right now, please try again later". I screenshotted both the e-mail and the error page if needed as the certificate was likely expiring before I could get this resolved. If those are needed to address the issue, I'd be more than happy to provide them through a private channel.

Welcome to our community forums. Getting a My Best Buy certificate is a great surprise, I know I would be eager to activate an offer like this if I received a similar email. Did this email provide any details on what it was for or when it would expire? I'd also like to take a look at your My Best Buy so I can get this information to the correct support teams.
