Hello, I received an email about receiving a 10$ certificate. When I attempted to activate it, it gave me an error "Your reward details are not available right now, please try again later". I screenshotted both the e-mail and the error page if needed as the certificate was likely expiring before I could get this resolved. If those are needed to address the issue, I'd be more than happy to provide them through a private channel.
