Inconsistant/Missing rewards points, purchases not counting towards Elite status.

I made several purchases late November, mostly before or on Black Friday, and there has been a few inconsisties. 

 

Originally a large bulk of my purchases were curbside pickup because they suddenly went unavaliable for shipping, but then they were avaliable for shipping again so I switched it to that. This caused two of my orders which had several items to be split up, and the points given for this do not add up. 

 

Almost all of the items were $15 Blu-Rays. I see that two of them shipped alone, and I got 7 points for each. 

 

I also see that five of them shipped together, a combined cost of $79, and I got 37 points for that. 

 

However, I also see four that got shipped together for a combined cost of $63.... but somehow I only got 6 points for that one. I also see what appears to be some weird sort of blank entry that doesn't give me any details. 

 

On top of that, I noticed that my My BestBuy memership meter that tracks how much I have spent has not budged. I was close to Elite status, and these purchases would have put me over that threshold, but none of the purchases I made this month seem to be counting towards it.

Welcome back to our community forums and thank you for writing to us about these purchases. I hope you managed to snag up some good deals on Black Friday! I'd be glad to give you a few more details when these purchases will reflect on your account.

 

Both My Best Buy points and your annual spending bar can take up to 20 days to update after making a purchase. Please keep in mind that this countdown will start from the day you pickup or receive your order.

 

If you still don't see these points after 20 days please feel free to reach out and myself or another moderator will be glad to take a closer look at your account!

Ok, I understand my points and purchases taking a while to show up (it did mention that there are many points pending).

 

But my worry was that it's already listing what appear to be inaccurate pending points. Namely, the order with five $15 items that is only listing as pending 6 points, when other single-item $15 orders were 7 pending points each.

Thank you for getting back to me. If changes were made to how these orders were fulfilled it's likely that these points may not yet be appearing as pending points yet.

 

With that said, please let us know if you see any discrepancies that persist 20 days after receiving these items, we'll be glad to help you review these purchases and the associated points received.

I have waited for a while now and it is still showing the incorrect number of points.
