Each purchase counts when trying to earn that next certificate or reach a higher status. I have been trying to reach Elite status ever since it was first introduced but always seem to fall short. Has the order been fulfilled (shipped or delivered)? A purchase may not emerge within your purchase or rewards history until after it has been fulfilled. Do you see a rewards ID # displayed on your receipt? If so, does that ID # match the ID # you see after logging into BestBuy.com? It could be that you have more than one rewards account if the ID #s don't match, which can easily be solved with a merge.
How to Merge My Best Buy™ Rewards Accounts
If there isn't an ID # displayed on your receipt, then it could be that the purchase was never attached to your rewards account while you were in the store. That just means it would need to be reported as "missing." We have a tool on BestBuy.com where members can report purchases as "missing" that may not have been attached to their rewards account. I have used that tool in the past to report some of my own purchases, and I have provided a link to a guide below that should help walk you through how to report a missing purchase.
