Can't create one with normal means or with my google account. Constantly getting an error message on both.

We definitely want to see you enrolled in our program and earning rewards for your purchases! Are you using a non-English browser? Sometimes that can create an issue.

I am currently using Firefox with a few add-ons. Since you mentioned about using a foreign browser, I tried using a different one and that fixed it for me. Thank you.
