Dear all,
today I purchased a mobile at BestBuy, received a receipt with Customer Service PIN, but the purchase is not showing in my BestBuy.com purchase history.
This was done at the "mobile phone" counter - another purchase the same day for a mobile case and screen protector, bought at the main checkout register, succesfully shows in my account. Main difference I can think of is that at the main checkout register they asked for my mobile phone, while at the "mobile phone" counter, they didn't ask for my mobile phone. My mobile phone is associated with my payment method, so I would have expected the order to show up also on bestbuy.com regardless.
Can I get any help to have the in-store order linked to the my account?

For the record, the procedure suggested by Graham was as follows:
BestBuy.com -> Hi, {Your Name} -> Manage rewards -> Rewards History -> Report Missing Points
I could insert the Customer Service PIN and total paid from the in-store receipt, and the order should appear in bestbuy.com in 15-20 days!
