In-Store Purchass not showing up online, points not added and no Elite Plus yet.

Hi, over a week ago I bought a SONY XBR85X900F TV in store but I had it bought under my account. I have a My Best Buy Visa card with a $1000 limit so I used that and paid for the rest with my other credit card. It was my first purchase with the Best Buy card so I should have gotten 10% back in rewards for the $1000, and the regular amount of points for the rest of the amount with my regular card. And I have already paid off the $1000 of my Best Buy card through my debit card. But it’s not showing up in my Best Buy order history and also I should be an Elite Plus member now, but I’m still just Elite and it shows I’ve only bout $1,300 this year but that’s incorrect because with the TV purchase it is way over that amount. I just want to make sure I get my points.

Welcome and thank you for choosing to shop with us for a new Sony TV! Between the TV purchase, and the rewards that would come from such a large purchase, I can imagine you were pretty excited. 

With that said, not all purchases are guaranteed to show in pending. Furthermore, purchases may take up to 20 days to post, the same time frame you can expect your tier status to be updated in. For more information, you may wish to review our My Best Buy Terms
