If the rewards account ID you are seeing displayed on the receipts doesn't match the rewards account ID you see when you login to BestBuy.com, then it could mean you have more than one rewards account. That is actually rather common and an easy fix. I had three rewards accounts myself back in the day, which was solved by performing a merge. Any active points or certificates in the secondary rewards account would transfer over to the primary rewards account following the merge.
