In Store Purchases going to a different member ID?

Just recently purchased a PS4 Pro at my local Best Buy. Looked at the receipt and noticed it was going to a different account. Looked at a couple of different receipts for PC components, another PS4, keyboard and a headset have all gone to a different member ID. The only purchase that appears on my actual Best Buy account are the AirPods I purchased online over a year ago. Is there any way to obtain information for this account that I have no knowledge of?

If the rewards account ID you are seeing displayed on the receipts doesn't match the rewards account ID you see when you login to, then it could mean you have more than one rewards account.  That is actually rather common and an easy fix.  I had three rewards accounts myself back in the day, which was solved by performing a merge.  Any active points or certificates in the secondary rewards account would transfer over to the primary rewards account following the merge.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I will take a closer look.
