In-Store Purchase not appearing

Hello, about 2 weeks ago I purchased a Surface Book 2 and Surface Pen and it's not showing in my purchases on my BestBuy account. I also didn't recieve any My-Rewards points for them. I tried to report missing points but I get the message "This transaction has already been added to an account."

 

 

I need help recieving My-Rewards Points

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us! After buying a Surface Book 2 and Surface Pen, I'm sure you were both dying to get the products home to enjoy them, but also for your My Best Buy rewards to post. 

It sounds like there may be multiple memberships in play, causing you to not be able to add your purchase to the member ID linked to the account you're signed into, as it's already associated with another. You can check this on your end pretty quickly simply by comparing the member ID shown on your account, versus the one reflected on the receipt.
