When I made my Best Buy account I accidentally used my nickname instead of inserting my full name. I would like to add my full name to my account.

I'd say it's never a bad idea for our members to make sure the details tied to their rewards account are up-to-date, as it can potentially help prevent verification issues when attaching a purchase for points or picking up an order.  My wife had to update her own rewards account a couple years ago after we got married and she legally changed her last name.  The option to change/update the name tied to a rewards account isn't one you'll find online; however, that is something I can help with.
