Hello

I got macbook air m1 laptop and I used my best credit card with first time bonus using the card. I ended swapping it out for m1 pro and i paid more money and some how during the transaction i lost 1499 points and also looks like they took away my $10 I had.  So it looks like lost almost 2,000 points?  Can someone please explain to me what happen here? I should of not lost points on this.
