I've noticed that my points haven't posting to my Rewards for purchases made in the past month, and these are well past the 15 days. I know I had points that expired back in October, and I had 3 accounts that were merged.
11/19 earned 19 points
11/20 gave up 4 points after an exchange
11/20 earned 19 more points
11/20 earned 35 points
11/22 earned 1 point for an exchange
11/22 gave up 4 points on a return
11/26 earned 11 points on a purchase
11/27 points are pending
11/26 points adjustment due to inactivity lost 248 points
11/27 points are pending
11/27 membership merge lost 122 points
11/27 membership merge gained 122 points
11/27 membership merge 0 points
11/29 points are pending from return
11/29 points are pending from a return
11/28 points adjustment due to inactivity lost 122 points
11/29 points are pending from purchase
11/29 points are pending from purchase
12/8 points are pending from purchase
12/10 points are pending from purchase
And it's showing I have 0 points and only 24 pending. It seems like the points that were removed due to inactivity also wiped out my points that were gained from recent purchases in the past month. And it basically renders the use of my rewards account when making those purchases meaningless. It be greatly appreciated if someone could help get to the bottom of this. Thanks.
