title says it all for months now I have not gotten any update on my points. I have been sitting at 186 for months and have made many purchases. I have no idea why I dont get anything anymore

I can only see my history as far back as 4/21/20 without the site giving me and error message but just in that amount of time I spent $1300. Anyone able to help me there is no email I can find for customer service and could only find these forums.

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for reaching out regarding your My Best Buy point balance. After making several purchases but not seeing your point balance change, I would be seeking answers as well.
Under our My Best Buy Terms, there are certain purchases that wouldn't qualify for points. These include portions of purchases paid for by Best Buy gift card, reward certificates, or our My Best Buy Credit Card with a financing option. There are a few other purchases that wouldn't qualify for points, but for me to identify what exactly is going on, I'll have to take a look at your membership.
