Back in 2017 when I had begun my Gamer's Club membership, an account was created using my e-mail and phone number. However when I try the "forgot password" the account I'm trying to retrieve apparently doesn't exist. When I try to make the account with the e-mail, it says that it's already been taken. I will likely call support to ensure the issue gets fixed.
I guess I could call it a Schrodinger account.
