I have Elite Status, but do not get 2.5% back on any purchase.

I just noticed this when looking at my account, but I have been in the elite tier for a few years and have never recieved the (2.5% back in rewards 1.25 points per $1 spent).  I only get.5 of a point for any purchase.  Can someone please help me with this?  Thank you

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for connecting with us regarding the points that have been awarded for your purchases over the last couple of years. As a My Best Buy member, core members are awarded 1 point for every $2 spent, Elite members are awarded 1 point for every $1 spent, and Elite Plus members are awarded 1.25 points for every $1 spent. For more details on the benefits, you can check out the link below.
