Thank you for taking the time to stop by our community forums. I do almost all of my shopping online so I can imagine how frustrating it would be to encounter an error every time you try to log into your My Best Buy account. I would be happy to see what I can do to help you with this.
We have several troubleshooting steps here, have you been able to give these a try? Do you use a VPN or ad-blocker when visiting our website? If so, I would recommend disabling these. Which internet browser are you using? Is it's default language set to English?
