I cannot create an account

I'm trying to create aт account on Best buy, but I keep getting this message: Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again. Could you please help me?

Greetings, Theorist, and welcome to the Best Buy forum,

 

While logging into an account isn't entirely necessary when placing an order on BestBuy.com, because we have the guest checkout option, you would need to login in-order to access your rewards account to access any points or certificates you might have available.  It's also easier to keep track of purchases when they are attached to a rewards account.  Please keep in mind that when trying to create new accounts (BestBuy.com and rewards account) that a U.S. based phone number is required.  If you continue to have trouble trying to create new accounts, then send me a private message with the details listed below, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I'll see what I can do to help.
