I suddenly can't view any of my purchases prior to 6/11/2018. It's like my account was reset. I also can't view any of my reward points. I know I had a lot.
I also received an email from Best Buy on 6/11 with the subject "Information regarding your Best Buy account" that says "Your email address, ____________ , was recently used to open an account with Best Buy" which I think may be related to the issues I'm having now.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for your patience! Finding your account to seemingly be reset would be pretty peculiar. With that said, it sounds like a new member ID was simply created and linked to your BestBuy.com account. There could be a variety of causes for this, and I would be happy to review your membership with you. Please see that I am sending you a private message to gather some additional information.
