I can’t login verification code doesn’t get in my email

Hi. I can’t login into my account because the verification code does not get in my email. I already checked the junk, I already put the email (BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com) in my contact list but nothing happens. Can you help me?

It sounds like you've read over some of our prior responses to members who have also had trouble receiving a verification code when trying to login. If you've tried each of the troubleshooting steps listed below, including turning off ad blockers and adding the Best Buy email address to your contacts list, and still can't login to your rewards account, then we may just need to try an alternative email address.  Before we do that though, there's a little trick I'd like to try that sometimes helps without having to update the email address.  Please send me a private message with your name, phone number and email address, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I'll see what I can do to help get you logged in.

 

* Clear your cache, cookies, and Internet history.
* Add BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com to your safe sender list or address book.
* Double check that you are using the U.S./English version of your browser.

* Ensure you are on a private, non-VPN network.
* Disable any ad blockers.
* Make sure no prior passwords are saved.
* Allow at least 15 minutes for the verification email to arrive.
* Check Spam, Junk, Promotional, or Advertising folders you may have, as emails may be filtered.
