I can’t get my verification codes

I have been trying for four days now to sign into my Best Buy account but I need to reset my password. Whenever I am asked to send a verification code I never get them. I have tried using both my phone number and my email and they never come through. I need to make a purchase ASAP but nothing seems to be working. I have tried using different browsers, clearing cache & cookies, etc. but it doesn’t work. Please help.
