I can’t attach my Best Buy citi account to my Best Buy account.

I tried calling customer support for both Best Buy and for the citi card and both weren’t able to help me merge my accounts together.
I have rewards certificates in my Best Buy citi account and when I try to manage the certificates, they won’t appear in my Best Buy account and I’m unable to use them for shopping online.
Anytime I try and report the missing points, I get a prompt that says an unexpected error occurred.
Can I get some assistance with this so I can use my points and shop online please.
