Hopefully this is the correct place for this post. Today I placed an in store pickup order. I used my 10% off birthday coupon as well as a reward certificate. I got an email saying the item is not available. It's not available for shipping either and the nearest store that has it in stock is too far away.
Because this order can't be fulfilled and it's through no fault of my own, I think it's fair I get the coupon back as there is something else I'd like to use it on instead.
Hoping to get some help!

I've basically given up on enjoying my birthday as I get older; however, my daughter is turning one next week and I couldn't be more pumped! She isn't so much into coupons yet and just prefers her teddy bear. The birthday bonus coupon is sent to a random selection of members who happen to have a birthday tied to their rewards account, and it isn't a coupon we can reissue or provide upon request. The coupon can only be redeemed once.
I can certainly understand where you are coming from through seeing as you didn't really get to utilize the coupon savings because the item wasn't available.
