I am best buy member and I heard from my friend that we are eligible for a 10% birthday discount. However, I am not able to see the birthday discount in my account. I spoke to a customer support in chat and they said people in the forum could help me. Now, how can I get the offer. Also I already checked my email and there is nothing received this month. Please assist. Thanks.

Welcome, and happy birthday! It's wonderful to hear your friends may have received a birthday offer from us, though I can understand why this may leave you wondering where yours is.
There is a link under the Birthday Coupon section of the Benefits page where you may add your birthday to your membership. With that said, please know that birthday coupons are sent out to a random selection of customers once a month, for birthdays in the following month. The coupons are valid for the month of your birthday. However, not everyone with a listed birthday is guaranteed a coupon.
I know this may not be the news you were hoping for. At this time, I would encourage you to add your birthday to help improve your chances of receiving one next year.
