Last week I saw a game was coming out in the next few weeks and put a pre-order on it with a $20 Rewards Certficate.
(Order Number:{removed per forum guidelines})
Then I saw another game I was really hoping for comes out on Tueaday of this coming week.
I canceled my order above 2days ago, and still have not received my points refunded to my account.

Thanks for taking time to reach out about this! I completely understand where you're coming from here, because I just did a similar thing last month. I had put a $100 certificate towards an order and then changed my mind on the model I wanted. Generally, a Rewards Certificate will take about 3-6 days to hit your account as it has to go through a processing phase. Sometimes, it's quite fast, but it can depend on the order and what items were on it. Furthermore, if it was a Rewards Certificate that came from a promotion, those are non-refundable.
I'd love to look into this for you to see if I can provide any further context. We did have to pull down the order number from your post just for your privacy. Thank you for getting back to me and letting me know. It's entirely possible that it'll be arriving now. Sometimes, depending on the items on the order, it can take a little longer. Also, as mentioned, Rewards Certificates that originated from a promotion are non-refundable. I'd be happy to take a look into this and see what we can do. It's been over a 10 days now, and I've still not recieved the credit/points/cert from order

As Caleb alluded to, it should generally only take about three days for a non-bonus certificates point value to repost to a member's rewards account following a return or cancellation. If it has been more than three days, then please send me a private message with your name, phone number and email address, and I'll take a closer look at your rewards account to ensure it is up-to-date. You seem rather experienced with our online forum, but a private message can be sent by clicking on the blue button found in my signature.
