Everytime I go to purchase something and provide my rewards number the point of sale brings up 3 accounts - all me but my name is spelled wrong on on or two and my email had changed - I should have rewards on all three accounts but the checkout person said I had to get them merged. Please help

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your My Best Buy memberships. Having more than one membership can be confusing to begin with, much less if they're under different spellings.
I would be delighted to look into getting your name corrected, and merging your memberships. Merging these would transfer points and certificates to the final remaining membership. Please keep an eye on your inbox in the top right corner of the page for my private message.
