I noticed that I never received my points for my Citi Bank Visa spending for the month of September. I have a reference number, but was wondering how would I go about checking the status of my claim?

Welcome back to our community forums. Getting My Best Buy points is a great thing, and I would be glad to help you check on the status of these points.
Generally, points for purchases made outside Best Buy with a My Best Buy Visa card will post a few days after the end of each billing cycle and may not appear as pending. I'd like to take a closer look at your My Best Buy account to see if I can help clarify the status of these points.
