I had bought my wife (then fiance) a new phone on July 4, 2020 with my best buy visa using standard credit, and I think paid it off less than a week after. It wasn't until the August statment that I realized I did not get the $40-45 worth of points. I had to get a duplicate receipt since she threw hers away. What I noticed is that they are referring to the account being hers (different member id, but she doesn't have a Best Buy member account like me) and it does say I paid for it with my cc using standard credit so I could get the points. Is there a way I can receive these points? Reporting them in the designated place on the website gives me an "unexpected error." I can provide any information needed. Thanks guys
