Help Please - Citi Visa points not added to account

In looking at My Best Buy account, my points for my BB Citi Visa card statement have not been credited to my account for the month of September.  This normally hapens around the 20th of each month.  September is missing.

Mine were a 3-5 days after closing and bill posted. 

Also only the 1% posted so far so I assume the other points will follow. EX 3% for gas etc.

Also the Samsclub and Pharmacy extra points may not post until January 2021.  TBD

Although there is not a specific date to provide, you can learn more about when points are issued, here. Points for purchases made outside Best Buy with a My best Buy Visa post monthly, based loosely on the credit card statement cycle.
