Having problem creating creating BestBuy account

Dear all,


I have been trying to create my personal account at Best Buy: Create an Account.

However, I always get same error, "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again."


Even after disabling ad blocker and erasing cache, it didn't help...

I already have tried on multiple pcs and browsers (such as chrome, IE, and Edge).


If any of you know how to solve this problem, please let me know.

(I have checked some posts on this forum, but I might have missed something important.)
