Have to change password each time I log in

Not sure if this is the correct forum but I see other threads in here for the same problem.  My password is not recognized and am forced to change it every time I log into bestbuy.com.  I even tried a newly installed browser without any extensions and had the same problem with a password I just changed 15 mins prior.  I am not using passwords saved in my browser and am not using and ad-blocker on my new browser.  The other threads from people with symptoms like mine have ended with a support person suggesting they take it to DMs without explaining the resolution so I decided to make this thread in hopes that I can get this fixed in a similar manner.

I appreciate you taking the time to join and write us regarding your account situation. I would be reaching out to someone as well if I was not able to log in to your account. Typically, this most often happens when you are signed in on multiple devices at the same time. If this is the case, be sure to log out of your account on all devices you are logged in on first. Then clear your browser cache on all web browsers that you use. You can find instruction on how to do that here. After that, you will need to uninstall the Best Buy app from all of your smart devices and restart those devices by fully powering them off and back on. After that, you can reinstall the app, and try to log back in. This will usually resolve this issue.
