Got Birthday 10% single item email offer but can't find it

Recieved the email, clicked to activate, supposedly valid for month of my birthday (August) and I can't find it or access it under my account.  It does NOT show up under my account or on checkout for any item.  An yes I know many items are excluded but I have added a dozen different items, all random regularly priced items that are NOT on sale and it doesn't apply to anything.  Should I see it under my account?

First and foremost, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!  The birthday coupons are tied to specific rewards accounts, and if that rewards account is not properly linked to a account, then there will likely be problems when trying to activate it.  That could mean you have more than one rewards account and a merge is in the future.  Let's take a closer look at your rewards account, shall we?  Please send me a private message with the information listed below, and I will see what I can do to help.  A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button found in my signature.
