I picked up a game a few days ago and the rewards posted to my account but it gave just 2 points instead of the expected amount. It's half the dollar value right? So probably 23 for a $47.99 game.

Thank you for stopping by our community forums again and writing to us regarding your My Best Buy account. As a member myself, I know that I want to make sure I receive every point for my purchases. I know if I were in your shoes I would want to figure out exactly how many points you should receive and I'd be glad to give you some more information.
You membership level will determine how many points you receive for a purchase. My Best Buy members do receive .5 points for every one dollar spent. Points will typically post 15-20 days from your purchase, delivery or shipping date so it's likely that these points are still being processed in our system.
If you don't see these points after 20 days have passed, please feel fee to reach out. We'll be more than happy to review your My Best Buy account.

I understand a portion of these points have posted. It can take up to 20 days for all the points related to your purchase to be come available in your account.
