Getting Points for Best Buy Purchase / at an eStore

I made a purchase at the Best Buy eStore (Name: BBA189PITB; which of course is a kiosk) located at the PIT airport.  I would like to get Points for the purchase I made.

 

There are only two options on the website to 'Report Missing Points':

   1) Best Buy Store {where a Customer Service PIN is required}

   2) BestBuy.com {where an Order Number is required}

 

An eStore Receipt has neither.

 

Please let me know how I may obtain Points for my purchase.

Welcome to our forums!  I’ve seen a few of our Best Buy Express Kiosks around a variety of airports over the years, and while I’ve never had the need to purchase from them, they look so cool that I’d be lying if I didn’t say I’ve tried to justify an unnecessary headphone or charging cable purchase, just so I could try them out.  I’m glad our Express Kiosk was there when you needed it, and while I’m sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble reporting these points, I’ll be happy to offer any additional assistance I can.

 

To be clear, it may take up to 20 days before the points for your purchase are applied to your My Best Buy™ rewards account.  It’s not uncommon for these points to not appear as pending in your account, so if you’ve still not received your points after 20 days, feel free to send me a private message with your first and last name, phone number, and email address, and I’ll look into your account further.

 

How Do I Report Missing My Best Buy™ Points?
