Frustrated with getting no help

I have contacted customer service so many times and have not received the correct help. I had an old account with my prior married name and also my husband now to be merged and it was done under my husband's name when it clearly was stated we requested it to be under my name. Also in my old account under prior married name I have a preorder but it isn't found everytime I call a live agent but the system recognizes it. I ask for a supervisor and only get a ring ring ring and no supervisor. This is frustrating and tiring. I'm a best buy customer for years and no one cares.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for being a My Best Buy member! Merging memberships is intended to make managing your rewards easier, so it is discouraging to hear it may not have gone as you imagined. 

As our memberships are intended for individual use under our My Best Buy program terms, we do not generally merge memberships under two different people.
