Forced to Change Password Every Time I Log In

Why am I being forced to change my password for each login despit having 2FA enabled? I've tried different browsers, my work network as well as my cell phone data without wifi. None of these make a difference and each timne I've had to change the password. Done it 4 times this morning already.

I'm still having issues...I've just given up trying to log in because of how difficult a chore it has become.
