Felt cheated by Best Buy over Rewards

I have returned Order Number  {removed per forum guidelines}. I applied 15$ reward coupon for the order because I got 10% additional off next day and representative told me to return the product and order again to get 10% additional off.But during return ,it was communicated to me that I will get 15$ reward back in 2 weeks. But it was denied to me later after 2 weeks. I had discussion with 2 representative but no-one told me . No representative gave me this information.

I was cheated by giving improper/ Incomplete information.
This is not acceptable . I sincerely request you to give back my 15$ reward coupon.

As outlined in our Return or Cancellation—Where is my reward certificate?  floated post, generally speaking, once your order is returned, it can take up to three days before the point value of your certificate used to purchase your order is returned to your account, so I can certainly understand your concerns if you’ve not received these points after two weeks.
