Welcome back out to our best buy forum community! I know what a fan I am of watching my points add up, so I can understand why you'd want to get every purchase attached to your account. That's why it saddens me to learn you ran into an error when trying to add multiple purchases. I'd be happy to take a deeper look into this to see what's going on.
