Expired rewards


I had a sizable rewards certificate after a confusing BB account merge that expired over the weekend. I haven't received any notifications about them after the merge, so was not aware of that occurring. Is there any way I could please have them reinstated?

Welcome, and much like Andrew_UN's sentiment, I hope you're not truly on fire! 

Finding you’ve had a My Best Buy reward certificate expire would be most frustrating, especially if you recently merged memberships to make things easier to manage. I know if I let one slip by me, I feel like it’s quite the missed opportunity.

My Best Buy Terms advise that certificates typically have 60 days to be redeemed, unless otherwise noted. Once expired, we’re generally unable to reissue them. We do our best to make our customers aware a certificate has been issued, as we send out email notifications that include the expiration date. As emails may be filtered, overlooked, or even blocked though, we recommend members manage their rewards from, where certificates can be viewed as well.
