Expired rewards certificate

I didnt realize I had a reward certificate to use because it went into my junk mail. I was recently looking for a particular email and came across this certificate. Is there anyway you can renew it? The rewards certificates are part of the reason I spend so much money here.

Hello Jmanx81

Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome to our corner of the internet!

Seeing your certificate has expired can definitely be shocking. But I'd gladly be able to check your account and see what options we may have, if any.

First, I should start by saying that our certificates are generally valid from 60 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise noted. Because of this, we are usually unable to reissue certificates. This is a long-standing policy that pre-dates our current program.

That said, in order for me to take a look at this I ask that you please shoot me a PM and please include the following:

-Email address

-Member name

-Phone number

Having these details will ensure I am looking at the right account and certificate. You can send me a PM by clicking on the blue icon located in my signature below.

I will await your response!

Hello Jmanx81,

At the top right of our forums page you will see an envelope icon. Please keep an eye in that area as I will be sending you a PM shortly and you should see the notification there. Simply click on it and it will take you to my message. We will continue our discussion there.
