Seeing your certificate has expired can definitely be shocking. But I'd gladly be able to check your account and see what options we may have, if any.
First, I should start by saying that our certificates are generally valid from 60 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise noted. Because of this, we are usually unable to reissue certificates. This is a long-standing policy that pre-dates our current program.
