I was hoping someone could help with a big oops. I've been collecting points for the last few years but didn't have enough activity last year and my account status dropped. The rewards certificates were issued automatically. I managed to use the majority, but didn't keep close enough track of the expiration date and the remainder expired last week. Any chance that there is something that could be done? Thank you!

Welcome to Best Buy’s online community. One of the perks about being a My Best Buy® Elite or Elite Plus member is having the ability to bank your points to use on a future purchase. I am sorry to learn that your account did not qualify for Elite or Elite Plus this year, and this could have caused some points to expire.
