While we are unable to reissue expired certificates, if you are an Elite or Elite Plus member, you should have an option to ensure you don't miss out on rewards in the future. In your reward settings on your My Best Buy account, you can select the option to change and choose point banking to save your points until you're ready to issue a reward certificate.
