Expired certificate

Hello

I had a $65 certificate that expired yesterday that I didn't know expired. Is there anyway it can be reissued?

Re: Expired certificate

Good morning, Babymarq2,

Thank you for reaching out to us! Finding you’ve had a My Best Buy reward certificate expire would be most frustrating, especially a larger one that's $65. I know if I let one slip by me, I feel like it’s quite the missed opportunity.

Our My Best Buy Terms advise that certificates typically have 60 days to be redeemed, unless otherwise noted. Once a certificate has expired, we’re generally unable to reissue it. We do our best to make our customers aware a certificate has been issued, as we send out email notifications which should include the expiration date. As emails may be filtered, overlooked, or even blocked though, we recommend members manage their rewards from BestBuy.com, where certificates can be viewed as well. For more details, you may view the article below.

I would be happy to review your account with you though to ensure you're setup for success with our program. Please keep an eye on your inbox in the top right corner of the page for my private message.

Sincerely,
