Welcome to the Best Buy forum!
I have lost a few certificates over the years to expiration dates with each one feeling like a missed opportunity. All I could think about is the stuff that I could have purchased. I can imagine you felt similar after noticing that your reward certificate had expired. It doesn't matter if a reward certificate is valued at $5 or $100. Any amount of money you can keep in your pocket is a good feeling, and we are all looking to save a few dollars when we can.
As you may read in similar threads on the forum, a non-bonus reward certificate will be automatically issued based on a member's certificate preference and will generally be valid for a period of 60 days unless noted otherwise. A reward certificate cannot be reissued once having officially expired. I would like to take a closer look at your rewards account to ensure it is up-to-date, so I will be sending you a private message shortly. You can read private messages by clicking on the envelope at the top of the page.
